iOS Team Lead

What the job entails:

• You are going to haven an opportunity to shape the future of our iOS development.
• Taking care o the entire A⋮ team.
• Keeping up with the latest trends and tools, exploring new approaches, bringing innovative approach to the team, developing the team both technically and personally.
• The team is comprised of the experienced developers happy to help and junior developers happy to learn.
• Communication in English as the team is international.
• Working on team projects (usually 2-3 developers per platform). We follow Gitflow workflow, where code reviews are at the end.
• Working closely with project managers, who assing developers tickets. We use SCRUM/Kanban (Jira) methodology the most.
• Sharing know-how both internally and externally (blog articles, meetups, networking, workshops) - we offer our maximum support here!
• We are developing several internal libraries that we would like to open soon. We will be happy if you help us finish them.
• Current client portfolio includes: Sazka, Wynshop, Portmonka, Sodexo, Tesco and more.

We would be thrilled if you:

• Demonstrate extensive experience with iOS- development, passion for new technologies and approaches, team management skills.
• Strong, open-minded, people and client oriented personality.
• Background in SWIFT, and good knowledge of system frameworks.
• English at a communicative level.
