Reduction in paper wastage
Paper insurance application processes can be lengthy, prone to errors and time-consuming, as well as
wasting large amounts of paper. Our goal was to create “paperless insurance”, simplifying the process
of arranging insurance products for Metlife’s clients, brokers, and underwriters, and building a solution
from scratch.
We were involved in the process from start to finish, including architecture design to analysis and
development for all platforms (iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows), with easy-to-use interfaces for the
insurance brokers.
Metlife’s simple insurance app encrypts all the data and applications, storing it in the cloud so brokers
can access and edit them at any time. All of the app’s features can be used offline as well, removing costly
errors caused by losing data or a dropped connection.
Our solution is flexible and can be adapted to any market with different insurance regulations, conditions
for data protection, and insurance products. Using the eModel app, we increase brokers’ productivity, streamline
the insurance application process, and create a fast, flawless, and paper-free solution.
10x faster process time
Our app shortened Metlife’s application process time from weeks to just 15 minutes.
Increased profitability
Our app decreases the time and resources needed to train brokers and dealers.
Compliant
The app ensures Metlife stays up to date and completely compliant with insurance legislation.
