We developed a cutting-edge mobile app for Tesco Mobile Ireland, a leading local operator. Our user-friendly UX/UI design and sophisticated features have earned us the privilege of having the app pre-installed on all new Samsung mobile phones in Ireland.
Our successful partnership with Tesco started with the Tesco Clubcard loyalty app in Central Europe and we continued to strengthen our relationship with Tesco Mobile Ireland through this project. Tesco Mobile Ireland was searching for a mobile app provider to create a new app for personal account management. The app needed to enable users to manage their accounts, view real-time data usage and facilitate bill payment.
The biggest challenge was a change in Tesco Mobile Ireland's payment gateway during app development. ADASTRA·ONE provided full support and helped update and streamline the payment gateway.
We created an intuitive mobile app for personal account management. The app allows users to monitor their internet data usage and call minutes in real-time, pay phone bills, top up mobile credits and even activate add-ons. New customers can also activate a new SIM card directly from the app.
The app was integrated with the Tesco Clubcard platform to enhance the loyalty program's user experience. At ADASTRA·ONE, we prioritize understanding user behaviour, needs and limitations to deliver the best app designs.
