In 2014, MetLife approached us with the idea of digitizing its insurance applications. The paper process was prone to errors, time-consuming and unecological. For the "paperless insurance" goal, we have simplified the process of arranging insurance products for clients, brokers, and underwriters. We helped MetLife build a solution from scratch, from the architecture design to analysis and development. The application was developed for all platforms (iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows) and with easy-to-use interfaces for insurance brokers.

Solution

All the data is encrypted and stored on the cloud, so brokers can come back and edit them at any time. Users will be able to use the application just by having a tablet or computer in hand. While being able to work offline and not have the issue of losing data due to connection problems. Our solution is flexible and can be adapted to any market with different insurance regulations, data protection conditions and insurance products. Thanks to our application, paper consumption has reduced by 90%, and the productivity of the business process increased significantly. Over 3,000 forms have been completed within the first month, thus resulting in higher profits for the company. The homepage shows the progress, finished applications and a quick overview of each proposal.
